Our little helper

Olivia has never wanted anything to do with cleaning up but Charlie always wants to clean up :). Yesterday he was helping me unload the dishwasher. Later he was out in the garage helping Jesse with snowmobiles!!

Again...Jack and Charlie

I know this isn't the first post about these two but I just had to share a couple if pictures. These two are like partners in crime. Wherever Charlie is jack is and vise versa. We always know when it is time to feed jack because Charlie is trying to do it himself. Or if there is something Charlie doesn't like to eat he will figure out how to give it to Jack. Today I caught Charlie in the freezer handing Jack Thin Mint cookies. Then Charlie and Jack were at the bedroom door trying to wake Jesse up :) Then Charlie was trying to fix Jack with his tools. So thankful he is so good with our kids!!

Boys Only!!

I have been waiting for this day for the last year and a half. Jesse is voluntarily taking Charlie on his first "boy" outing. So excited to have a little girl time with Olivia and for Charlie to go on his first snowmobile pick up. This morning he got all spiffed up in his John Deere sweatshirt.

Father Daughter Dance

Last Friday was the Annual Valentines Father/Daughter dance at the Community Center.
Olivia and Jesse had such a great time :)
Here are some pictures...

This is the picture from the photographer at the dance...it is so crazy looking at pictures of Olivia with her long hair. I know it has only been a couple of days, but it is just so different now.

I wanted a picture with Charlie and of course Jack had to join in...
he always has to be a part of the fun :)

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Locks of Love!!

We have been talking about it for months and finally the day has come. This morning Olivia donated her hair to locks of love in honor of her great aunt Tammy. She was so excited, we just couldn't get there fast enough this morning.

Before...

After...

The Big Cut!! I told myself I wouldn't cry, but I couldn't help it...

Here it is...

Tammy and Olivia =)

Tammy, Tom, Megan, Emily, Grandma Joan, Rita, and Grandma Ruth
joined us for the big cut and some lunch.

After she was all done Olivia got her ears pierced
(again...we had an issue with one of the ears last year,
so we had to let them grow shut.
She was ready to try it again)

And she did it again with no tears!

This summer I will be walking the
Susan G. Komen 3 Day 60 Mile walk also in honor of Tammy!

Help me reach my goal for the Susan G. Komen Twin Cities 3-Day

Olivia's Writing!

Olivia was writing today. She handed me her whiteboard. If you can't completely read it, it says "I love my mom. My dad loves to cis (kiss) my mom.". We are so proud of her writing. She wrote this all by herself. She absolutely loves to write and do her spelling for school. This week her spelling words were bug, ladybug, yes, and she!! She is now officially onto her first grade words for spelling =).
